Hotel Information A Housing Request Form will be posted here soon for you to submit with your entry fee on or after December 1st. Tournament Director Tamalyn Tanis will coordinate with all of the hotels on their room blocks for the participating teams again this year. This process has been instituted to ensure that teams not accepted into the tournament do not reserve hotel rooms that prevent entered teams from getting rooms. This protects the teams in the tournament as well as the hotels who want to make sure all their rooms get used and paid for. More details will be posted here soon.
