Hotel Information
Tournament Director Tamalyn Tanis has coordinated with all the best area
hotels and reserved large room blocks for the Shamrock Festival.
She will allocate these rooms to accepted teams based on your housing requests just like in previous years.
This process has been instituted to ensure that teams not accepted into the tournament do not reserve hotel rooms that
prevent accepted teams from getting their needed rooms. This protects the teams in the tournament as well as the hotels
who want to make sure that all of their rooms are occupied for the weekend.
To be clear, this is not a “Stay and Play” policy and teams do not have to go through us for their housing arrangements.
There are other area hotels that we choose not to work with and if you wish to stay at a hotel that is not on our list then
please feel free to contact them directly. Directions for how to submit the form and the form itself are in the document below.
