Welcome to the official website
of the annual Shamrock Festival volleyball tournament. Here you will find
all of the information you need to ensure that your team and its fans enjoy
our tournament. The 2009 Shamrock Festival will be held March 14-15 in the Roanoke Valley for teams in the 14, 16, and
18 & under age divisions. As always, teams in the 13, 15, and 17 &
under age divisions are encouraged to “play-up” in the higher age groups.
The 2008 Shamrock Festival saw 228 teams competing from VA, NC, PA, MD, TN,
SC, WV, & KY and included teams from 8 different USAV regions. In the
past, Shamrock has attracted teams from as far north as NY & NJ and as
far south as GA & FL. In addition, we attract numerous college coaches
from all over the East Coast each year. Click HERE

The Shamrock Festival is the largest nationally-sanctioned USAV tournament
held in Virginia and one of the premier volleyball events for juniors on
the East Coast. Follow all of the tournament action on this website with
live scoring updates every hour during the tournament. Registration opens
on December 1st and will again be handled through SignUpToPlay.com.
Teams will be accepted based on the date of receipt of payment. You are
strongly encouraged to register and mail your payment early as the
tournament typically fills up in a matter of days. Hotel reservations will
again be coordinated by tournament Director Tamalyn
Tanis, who asks all teams interested in hotels to please complete a Housing
Request Form and send it to us per the instructions on the Hotel Info page
